1. How do I make a quote or place an order from you?

Simply add any products you like and add to our shopping cart, check it out and we would provide a quote to you by email. Once you accept the quote, we will send you shipping cost quote and invoice information with payment instruction.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept bank wire transfer only. Other forms of payment like credit card will not be accepted at a this moment.

3. How much is shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies from location. In addition to this, if you require individual package on each product, the cost will also be varied. Please ask for details when you place an order.

4. What is your privacy policy?

5. Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. We can arrange for shipping and give you a competitive freight quote via insured air freight with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and others. Since we have office in China and Hong Kong, we can also provide you faster shipping service to you if shipment is to Asia.

6. What is your return policy?

All products we sell are top quality and covered under limited warranty, either by the manufacturer or by the distributor. If you require assistance about warranty, please contact us at info@jtsmart.com

7. Do you have a mininum quantity I need to purchase or can I buy only one unit?

There is no mininum quantity you need to purchase. However, more you buy, more you save.

8. You said you provide customized products. What is it?

You can order customized products from us as promotional products. For example, we can put your company logo, text on a USB drive. Simply send us all information and we will make a sample to you. In most cases, we will make a picture of sample and email to you.

9. How long does it take to receive your shippment after I pay?

Products will ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Usually, it will take up to 5 business days to receive, depending on your method of shippment and location. For worldwide shipments, it may take a little longer, usually 7-10 days.
